The 4th
We stayed in Utah for the 4th this year, for the first time in 3 years. We went to the Family Fun Run at 8:00 with Gus's family. Gus and Sammy ran a mile, Lilly and I cheered from the side. Actually Sammy ran like 8 miles, that dog was just lapping everyone. He can run really fast! Afterwards, we went to Gus's parents for Breakfast. The rest of the day we just hung out at home, relaxing. That night we went back for a BBQ. It was a fun day.
Birthday Boy
Gus turned 28 on June 7th. We didnt do much since he had class that night. We did go car shopping during the day while Gus's mom watched Lilly and then went to lunch. That night Gus had class untill 11:00. At least he got a cake!
Swimming
Lilly went swimming for the first time with her cousins. Well, it wasnt really swimming, more like wading. She loved the water even though it was FREEZING!

On May 27th Lilly and I decided we needed to take a Rexburg trip. Gus didnt want to take off work so we left for a week, just the two of us. We had a great time. Lilly loved all the new sounds and people. She loved all the green foliage especially the dandilions. She got to see her great grandma's and even some of her second cousins. She loved playing with her grandma and uncles and the piano lessons from grandpa.
