Great Harvest Bread Tour
On Thursday, Lilly's Joy School went on a field trip to Great Harvest Bread to see how bread is made. They showed them how the wheat is ground, how to shape the bread, and the big oven where it is baked. They also gave them a piece of dough to shape into a roll, and at the end of the field trip they gave them each a fully baked round loaf. It was so fun for the kids!
