Today we took a little trip to downtown DC. We picked up Gus's sister MJ on the way and headed on in. It took a little while to find a place to park and walking for miles in the heat and humidity was another story but we had a really fun time.
We went to the Natural History Museum because we figured that was the only Lilly friendly museum in DC. Lilly loved seeing all the fun animals and dinosaur bones but her favorite part was hanging out with her aunt MJ.

On the way back to the car Lilly made us stop and go for a dip in the fountain. (Note the White House in the background)
Lilly probably would have dove right in for a swim if we would have let her.

That's looks like a great outing. Those are some amazing pictures - especially with the white house in the background.
FUN! I wish I was there. Living there is like you are on a never ending vacation. Lills looks adorable.
Lilly looks very presidential, but don't tell McCain. He might put her in his cabinet.

I'm so glad you guys are doing so good, I'm going to miss you at the girl reunion!:( You'll HAVE to call when you guys decide to visit! Lilly is adorable!
